It even controls recreation on rural land (hunting). FDR started messing with the farms and rural land and 10% of the population starved. We don't want the feds managing our rural communities after seeing the other "improvements" they have made already. So after an admirable effort at making sure we have no jobs, and ensuring that taxes and inflation are killing us our Benevolent Dictator is going to take over the rural communities and starve us?
