Ethan Givan
Its starting off pretty good. This should be a dandy 8 when he gets done growing. I think he will add some tine length yet, considering how tall his brow tines are. How wide you think he is? Looks like he is around 18-19 inches to me. These are from the camera at our other farm we hunt. I also got pics from my camera here behind the house this week but unfortunately that camera has a problem and wont let me retrieve the pics off of it. I can view them on the camera though, and I got pics of a really weird buck that I have nicknamed the Caribou buck. His main beams come straight off his head atleast 12-14 inches before curving foward and then he has some crazy palmation going on. I think he has 9 points. Tom2008
I think you're right about the 18-19 inches and he might even be pushing 20 inches. Either way he is a dandy! Best of luck with him this fall.
hoosierhunter
His ears are pinned back in the pics and makes him look wider than he really is. I think he will end up around 17 and might clip 18 but no wider than that. Also he's basically don't growing. His points don't have bulbs anymore. I think what you see if what your gonna get there. Probably 120 inch 8. I think 4.5 years old. Definitely a shooter due to age.
Tom2008
In the first picture his hears are aligned with his antlers.

An old buck is a trophy regardless of score. I have a 7.5 year old 8 that is way smaller than him and I'm taking him given the chance this year. wtnhunt
May be a bit early yet to think a deer is done growing, typically they are not done until late August early September around here. I think you are probably close on the width Ethan. Pics can be deceiving for sure. Buck in my avatar was 19 inches inside, had a few folks guessing and most thought 18 myself included. Been underestimating widths on deer here, but think you are probably real close at 18-19. That buck on the right side in the last pic looks like he has potential to be a nice one too. toddyboman
looks like a good mature buck. I would guess he is going to grow a bit more......Maybe not a lot but some. He looks to be about 18 inches wide to me.
