HUNTINGMAN
ok guys,I've been on a hot sauce kick for a while and ordered these two bottles. The pure death is a realy good flavor and decent heat and can be used for multiple purposes. The other, the ultra death realy brings the heat. It says on the bottle not to eat it without dilution , it feels like you are eating hit coals but has a good flavor. I was wondering if any of you guys or gals like any specific hot sauces and what are your favorites.
hungry hunter
Valencia, you can get it at any Wal-Mart or Mexican store. great on popcorn, i tend to shy away from anything hotter then the pepper spray on my gun belt for fear of getting a forced labor pain. Strut10
This is the only stuff I'll buy. I order it case at a time. Best tasting sauce I've ever had. It's not one of those "eat it and die" atomic burn sauces that'll suffer you for a week every time you go to the john. I ain't into that. But for overall taste to season food with, I've found no better.
gzilla45
I've yet to find one I like best because I like them all. Right now I have a bottle of Dave's Scotch Bonnet sauce open. Good stuff. It's hot up front but it doesn't last too long. The Pain Is Good brand is excellent and they have many flavors.
wtnhunt
Depends on what I am using it on. Favorite for mexican food is homemade salsa at home and el yucateco habanero sauce when we go to the little mexican restaurants. I have been known to use our homemade salsa in a few dishes while cooking. With the kids, don't usually do too much really hot stuff too often these days, use franks red hot cayenne pepper sauce occasionally. redkneck
I like most any hot sauce, louisiana, texas pete, and frank's are some of my favorite off-the-shelf picks for spicing things up, but generally have homemade relish or hot sauce or salsa with my homegrown vegetables in the summer with some corn bread. :eat:
