wtnhunt
Backyard, here in Tennessee. Gonna have to double check the regs, but pretty sure we do have a fall season here this year that runs during our deer archery season, so should probably get at least one or two turkey hunts in. shickoff
VT & NY Turkeys hey steve what areas are you hunting in VT and NY? Hey dbHunterNY: Meeting up with longtime hunting buds in a couple places (friends from Ohio, PA & NY in turkey camp) and hunting public land in VT. I'll be posting reports for sure over on the Realtree turkey blog . . . likely not GPS coordinates (smile), but I'll try to come a little clean about locations, especially public land. Hatch reports are firming up now that September's almost arrived . . . good, bad & ugly, depending. Saw a new group yesterday: three adult hens & a dozen good-sized birds of the year. Keep in touch and let us know how ya do! Steve
