VermontHunter
Seems this camera likes to die unexpectedly without warning .... Here's part of the review "Chasingame.com" did on this very camera .. 10-04-2010 update: This poor camera died an untimely death and we did not get the video samples. We have concluded that we have had it too long to return to the vendor and it is to late in the year to send it back for repair due to the new cams (2011) coming in so we are just going to have to close this review. Looks like we have another decoy cam to put on the shelf along with the camtrackker. Here the link to the intire review .. VermontHunter
As long as you were happy with it, that's all that matters ... and trying to get something to happen with the manufacture isn't ever a bad thing. I hope they ship you a new one free of charge ... Good Luck ..

jm23494
Try giving the customer service line a call. I sent two cameras (IR4 and X6C) back a few months back due to not working and I had never registered them, and I never got asked how old they were. Guy just gave me a claim number to add to the address and took some information. Sent them out and had two brand new cameras about 3-4 weeks later. RangerClay
Last year I sent back a Wildgame Innovations IR4. Great customer service and they sent me a new one. That new camera didn't even last one set of batteries. So I call them again anticipating the worst and they send me another camera. Let's hope that #3 is a charm. I got a great deal on the camera but I have spent $20 sending two cameras back. Not sure if I will buy a another Wildgame Innovations camera again.
