I just read your description of the hunt in the bowhunting room and you sure earned him. Way to go!

Canuck2
SourthenILdeerhunter, sorry to hear about your job. It's fine to have hunting time available but not under quite those circumstances. Good luck in finding some new employment fast.

MUDRUNNER
Congrats on the doe Aujack! Looks like we have some work to do to catch up to team 8. I hunted Saturday, and it was just just dead in the woods for some reason. I seen two small bucks, and that was it. The wind was blowing 30+ mph all weekend, which I'm sure didn't help any. I'm working three days this week, then it's bowhunting Thursday, and shotgun season opens Friday.
dosse
I'm headed to Kansas for my hunting trip tomorrow!! Hopefully I get lucky and have one of those Kansas giants walk by me. Wish me luck

MUDRUNNER
Well, our first gun season came and went. Conditions were bad with constant 30-40 mph wind. I seen a nice 8 and a big 10 bowhunting Thursday, but no shooters the rest of the weekend gun hunting. I did take a doe Saturday. I'm going to bowhunt a few times this next weekend, and our second gun season is the following weekend, so I'm not done yet.

dosse
Tag sandwich in Kansas team. I saw ridiculous amounts of deer but never got a mature shooter to come by in range. I'm back hunting at home now. It will happen soon hopefully

MUDRUNNER
Whoo! Dang Dosse...heck of a buck! He's got some nice mass. Congrats! I'm heading out tomorrow for our second shotgun season. The weather here is quite a bit cooler now, so hopefully the deer will be on their feet a little more than they have been.
