It depends a lot of arrow weight, draw weight, and draw length. at that price $300-400 that bow, a Diamond Razor Edge, Bear Archery Charge, and a Martin Exile are all not bad. A bow that weighs under 4lbs will seem light and over 4lbs will start to seem heavy. Speed wise they are all close. Might think about ones that have an actual grip around the metal part of the bow. This used to be the Ross Cardiac and was over twice the price. You can get a package ready to hunt for $450. It is a first class bow!
