jm23494
I have 3 of them. Have had two of the three break but sent them back and they were replaced with no questions asked. The older ones had some trouble with dark images at night with the IR, but the newer X6C that I have seems to have corrected that problem. For the price and the customer service that you get I don't think they can be beat.
Flintlock1776
I have. I have a new Wildame IR2 trail camera. After one month with fresh duracell batteries, time & date running correctly on the camera it has not taken ANY photos. The SD card was formatted in Windows and no pictures came up. I then got this new computer (Mac Book Pro) and re-formatted the SD card to Aple OS. No pictures again ??? I went to Wildgame's web site and all the drivers are Windows based. --7-8-9 Any technical folks out there know how I can get this new camera to work? In worst case, are their trail cameras out there that can work with Apple OS without jumping through computer hoops? Thanks!

The SD card was formatted in Windows and no pictures came up. you shouldn't need to. delete everything off the card. have the camera off, put it in the camera, and turn the camera on. when the camera takes a picture it will format it automatically. use an SD carder reader and open that portable drive. you should be able view the files (images). dbHunterNY
i don't have the brand new ones. i have an S2, (2) IR4, and an IR4C. they all seem to work well. i have an external battery pack on the IR4C and S2. Even without the pack they seem to take a couple thousand pictures or so. The IR4s seem to have issue of not turning back on after a while, but it doesn't matter. The customer service is second to none, if it's broke you send it to them and they send you a new one still in the package to make things right. Picture quality seems to be right up there. trigger speed isn't that bad. anyone that complains doesn't know how to setup a trail cam to work within it's limitations. This is the first one of any I have had that failed out of the box. I did not have issues like this with other bands. I thought I would give this a try. No luck. dbHunterNY
you can't can't get it to work and trying what i said maybe there is something wrong with it. send it back and they will give you a new one most likely. unless you'd rather take it back to where you got it. i've only tried one other brand and the picture quality was horrible. so i don't know about the other brands or their customer service. Flintlock1776
I will call them tomorrow. I bought it on eBay from a specialty dealer with pretty high rankings
dbHunterNY
If they aren't easy to get through to for whatever reason. ...call the manufacturer up. tell them what wrong with it and they will most likely give you a return number to put on the box to ship it back to them. then i'm sure you'll have a new one in the package in two weeks.
