maddhunter
Re: Metal string loop reviews I used an Ultra Noc for about 5 years and the same string. Really liked it too. I have a string loop on my new Switchback as I am going for speed and quiet now. I use a Winn Freeflight release so the Ultra Noc was the easiest for me to get my release on. The string loop is alot harder, but the advantages outway the conveniece.
Leo
Re: Metal string loop reviews Hard on the bow cables, they tend to slap them. Hard on the string itself, overtightening can damage the string. Plus they really torque that string hard on every shot. Hard on your release, they will flat eat up the jaws on a release. They are easy to install and remove. That's about it.
maddhunter
Re: Metal string loop reviews I think it may depend alot on what kind of release you use also. With the Ultr Noc I could put my release on without looking at it. With the string loop I have to look at it, which may cause me to loose a deer in in cover if it stops for a moment.
