Texan_Til_I_Die
I don't necessarily agree with everything they say, but kind of like the NRA, they're the best thing available. Go for it.
dbHunterNY
yup.... for the most part it gives you access to articles and info related to deer herd health. that info is backed by research and data, not just what the guy down the road's opinion. i too have heard QDMA members say things that make me shake my head on somewhat rare occasion. mostly it's a great source of info to make you a better hunter and steward of the land. i say go for it too. mmiley1040
I have been a member for over ten years. My family owns 1000 acres in S Georgia and we have practiced what we have learned. It doesn't happen overnite but it definietly works. We went from seeing 1 buck for every 10-12 deer seen. Now they helped us even the ratio and now we are seeing almost as many bucks as we do does. With that comes better hunting and competitive breeding. They have branches all over just for that reason, to help and promote not only deer hunting but management of your land. Its cheap to join and the magazines are great. Send me your address and i will mail you some issues to sample. Give it a try it may payoff
