redkneck
Here's what happens when you are shooting at Bass Pro's archery range and the salesman hands you an arrow that's too short but you shoot anyway..... With his hand pinned to the bow, he had to ride to the ER with it like this. My guess is there will be a fat check with his name on it soon, lol. wtnhunt
If the arrow was that short it would not have even made it to the rest, not real bright to release it. That would make for quite an uncomfortable ride.
Ohiobucks
That looks to be all meat. If you're at BassPro and this happens to you, calmly walk over to the fillet knife section, and save yourself a trip to the ER. Easy, peasy, lemon-squeezy. :1eye: Edited October 14, 2011 by Ohiobucks

dbHunterNY
hopefully he'll regain most if not all function. i've seen some things at the big box stores that just make me get nervous and want to leave. Anything from shoppers trying to draw a bow with too high poundage from the rack that didn't have the strings and cables zip-tied, to giving a person a bow that's never shot before and just saying "have at it", and then giving them an arrow way under spined with no tip! thankfully i haven't seen anything like that. redkneck
Well, no doubt it's a real pic, though who knows if the story I got with it in an email is exactly true, we all know how that goes. I'm with Kyle though, it hurts just to look at it.
