Rem308
I always end up carving a jack-o-lantern with some sort of relation to the outdoors. This year is no different...last weekend we carved a few and I opted for a big tree and doe standing under a full moon. Hope photos show it all: Happy Halloween Folks! Shaun_300
Very cool! I did a couple last year, don't think I'll be doing any this year though living in an apartment and having no where to put them outside...
Michiganbowhunter_SQ2
Very nice. I don't get that fancy with them, I don't have the patience to put that much detail into them I do like checking out the creativity some people have put in theirs though. Jeramie
Good stuff... I keep telling myself one day I will get fancy with one. I have yet to do it. Maybe this year. The thicker the shell the more you can do with it.
Rem308
Yep -- it's not really that bad. We all sit down at the table, each of us keeping our pumpkin quiet, always have some pizza, and we just talk while we do it. I draw the design out w/ a pen and then just start small. The key is to watch the thin spots because that's where it'll get weak and break. When we finish we show the finished product and it's pretty funny to see what is made. It doesn't really take too long.
gzilla45
That's one of the coolest designs I've ever seen on a pumpkin. Nice job.
