swohiodave
I have been praising the photos my wild game cam takes and now it died on me! I have an email into the company and will follow up with a call. This thing is not even a year old yet.

DropTine49
Wildgame innovations have a year warranty, When I have called them they give me a RA number and I pay the shipping (usually around $9) and they have sent me a new one still in the package like you would buy it at the store. Excellent customer service!
dbHunterNY
it's not uncommon. i had two die on me. basically it won't turn on. just call them up and they will give you a return #. send it back with the number written on the box and they send you a new one under those circumstances. swohiodave
I receieved an email back from customer service saying to remove the batteries and the memory card for 5 minutes and press the reset button. Seems to have done the trick. Works fine now! And they did say they would issue and RA# and replace it if that did not work. I just hope this does not turn out to be a common issue. Customer service was quick to respond and very helpful!
DropTine49
That's good. What exactly was the camera doing that was wrong? I have 1 that quit taking pictures and I am going to attempt to do that and see if it fixes it.

I had to hit reset after i put the batteries and memory card back in.
wtnhunt
Glad to hear they got back to you quick. It turned itself off and did NOTHING! It took one pic and shut off for some reason. Hope you have luck like i did. I had to hit reset after i put the batteries and memory card back in. Sounds like an issue the csr's are well aware of. Hope that does not become a recurring problem for you.
