Funny how they use that hole when they could go around the fence. I failed to mention to all but William that this fence is only about 30 yards long. I have a feeling that the deer got in the habit of using the opening when it was the length of the property. I'm thinking that now the doe might very well use it to try and get away from their over anxious pursuers. Take notice of how all but the most aggressive romancers don't know how to deal with the scent trail. the doe on the other hand just pop on through. I thought about making the opening larger, but am curious to see if I can find some sheds there this year. Looks like a natural shed trap.
