PotashRLS
Yeehaw! Finally got my CCW permit in the mail yesterday afternoon. I have a Crossbreed Supertuck IWB holster for my XDs and it works pretty nice. I am looking for a reasonably priced high riding OWB holster for winter carry. I want it high so a simple sweatshirt will cover it. I don't want the muzzle to be much below my belt. I will mostly carry my XD9 Subcompact. Any suggestions? Please post pics if possible. Thanks. PotashRLS
Still looking for anyone with opinions on a tight/high riding holster. Something similar to a Don Hume JIT or Open Top etc......
johnf
I've got a bianchi holster that I love. I can't remember the model, but here's a picture. It was under $30 too. Edit. m gardner
I'd stick with the inside the pants holster. Sweatshirts tend to print badly especially if you bend or stretch.

johnf
Printing isn't nearly the problem as some folks would have you think. Unless they think you have a gun most people assume it's a cell phone or insulin pump, or they just don't notice at all.
PotashRLS
This is the Blackhawk holster I am looking at for my xd9sc. It appears to ride as high as any belt slide holster I can find pictures for. I would kinda like a thumb break but the reviews are good for the retention on this holster. What do ya think?
