PotashRLS
It has been deathly quiet in here so howsabout that NFL eh? Who do you like for the post season? Who has the best chance given the evolution of the regular season? I am obviously biased with the Packers, but I'm curious who you think has the best momentum/tools in the entire league. I live and breathe the Packers but I still have that not so fresh feeling in my gut that someone is going to contain the passing game and upset them before the NFC Championship Game. I hope it isn't true, but again just a gut feeling.
muggs
It's really hard pick against the Packers. They are one dimensional on offense and their defense has been a little worse than everyone expected. If a team can make them one dimensional, they're beatable, but I really think Rodgers is so good he can't be contained. I think Packers will play the Ravens in the Super Bowl and win. I really liked the Texans, but I don't think TJ Yates is going to win a playoff game, not even with their running game.

RangerClay
Being a life long Packers fan it has been great watching their quest for a perfect season. I believe if they can continue to be injury free it will be a reality.
Muff
I do agree the Pack is the team to beat....but my Giants came very close to beating them and I think if they get a chance in the playoffs they may pull it off. Think the key is to get to Rodgers and they can be beat.
PotashRLS
So like I was saying...........sheesh:crutch:Even though they have been doing very well this season, the defense is a source of concern. They actually did well holding the Chiefs to lower points but wow they gave up yardage. Contain the Offense and it will be a very close game. buckbuster11
I still like the Packers but with Jennings hurt and 2 linemen going down yesterday I think they are a little more vulnerable now. One thing I have been saying all year about them is homefield in the playoffs might actually hurt them. Last year, being the 6th seed they got to travel around and play in domes for the playoffs. What if its 10 degrees with 30 mph winds and snow for one of those home playoff games?? Can they win the game running the ball? I dont think they can. And there are a few teams in the NFC that are much better equipped to play a physical, hard running, low scoring game.
muggs
Good points. Really, there is no clean cut favorite right now I don't think. Every team has flaws. Unfortunately, I guess I'd have to say the Steelers are sitting pretty. Baltimore can beat anyone, but they've had some major flops this year and Flacco is overrated IMO. I think the Saints are flying under the radar a tad. Again though, their Def hasn't been as good as other years.
