LETMGROW
Crawl under the car with a light and look. If it isn't oil, it's probably coolant. Taste it. Sweet? It's anti freeze. Lynn

redkneck
Prices can range a lot. What kind of vehicle you got? Most aftermarket radiators I have installed were under the 200 mark at your local autozone, installation shouldn't be bad either. Replaces the hoses while you're at it. Hoses for some of this stuff these days can cost as much as the radiator. Still it shouldn't break the bank. Pretty straight forward DIY stuff. LETMGROW
Let's start from here. Make, model, year, engine size. With or without air conditioning. Standard or automatic transmission. Some vehicles are a 1/2 hr. job, others 3-4 hrs. Depends what they are. Lynn
SourthenILdeerhunter
chrysler,concord,2000,2.7 DHC 24 valvewith air and heating heating quite working about 10 hrs before it started spewing flouid
LETMGROW
If it's the radiator, here is roughly what you would be looking at. Rad. $ 150 Labor $162.50 ( 2.5 hr. @ 65.00 ) hoses if needed: upper $16.00 lower $22.00 anti-freeze $20.00 clamps $6.00 All dependant on what it needs. Make sure the engine oil is clean without any discoloring from anti freeze and the oil is not above the full level. The waterpump is internal in this model. If it is bad you might better throw the car away. Get a pressure test done before you spend any money on anything. Lynn

Shaun_300
Thanks for the info Lynn! I know I've seen it quite a few times up here with those spring clamps breaking off due to rust. Maybe you'll get lucky and it's just a broken clamp.
