And I am one HAPPY CAMPER!!

Some time back I asked around about cameras, well.... I bought the Canon Rebel T3! It sounded like a great camera for someone wanting to break into the photography world and it sure is. I've had it maybe a month now so I'm still figuring out the settings and such, but it's amazing!

I'm still outfitting it with extras, - like, I can't decide if I want a Tripod or a Monopod, what filters, if body armor is a good thing, etc. There's so much to learn! Oh, and lenses!

Here's a few of my favorite pics so far. The detail this thing packs is phenomenal!

Congrats on the new camera Laura! DSLR is the way to go for the best pictures. Your pics turned out great! I got a Sony a200 a few years ago and love it. It was basically the cheapest DSLR on the market at the time. Came with a 15-70mm lens then I eventually bought the 75-300mm lens afterwards. Takes some great pics!
