Strut10
Made these last nit for a family get-together. Brought 1/2 a handful home. Simple to make and next thing to addictive to eat at. Combine 3 egg whites & 2 tsp water in a medium sized mixing bowl. Add 6 cups (2 lbs.) of almonds and stir until they are coated. Sprinkle 1 3/4 cups sugar, a 1 oz. can of pumpkin pie spice and 3/4 tsp. salt over the almonds and stir until completely coated. Spread mixture on 2 lightly greased (I used Pam) cookie sheets. Bake at 300 degrees for +/- 25 min. You'll want to let cool then break the clumps of almonds apart before serving.
