I've recently becomed bothered more and more about my weight and how big I am and I never really think of it until I see myself in pictures and I just can't take it anymore. I got a buddy at work who works out a lot and he made me a diet guideline to og by and with joining the gym Im expecting the pounds to drip off. I can lose weight fairly easily but with that I can also gain it very easily. Im 6'7 and right now going between 350-360 and I'd like to be down to 230 again like I was when I was in 10th grade.
