layin on the smackdown Posted January 28, 2012 Report Share Posted January 28, 2012 I don't know the jist of the story but i am going to go out on a limb here and say that the captain probably didn't intentionally run into the bridge due to a lack luster guesstimation...probably had a lot more to do with specs being wrong on paper work. don't know, didn't read it, just a thought. The Ohio River is up right close to flood stage so that has the Tenessee River high and backed up. It is a miracle that no one got hurt.
