SuperMn106
Well I just got my MRI results from the doctor and turns out I have arthritis in my lower spine and also have a bulging disc. I get 3 weeks off from work with no lifting and 3 weeks of physical therapy. I was just gonna deal with the pain and go back to work but DR told me I could take 3 weeks off and fix or risk rupturing it and have surgery and be off 3-4 months. I am going to have to find something to do because 3 weeks in the house is gonna drive me nuts!!

The Bug House
Ask for an Incentive Spirometer, don't want to end up with pneumonia. Feel better soon!
layin on the smackdown
Well to be optimistic, at least its the best time of the year to be layed up...not a heck of a lot to do this time of year other than shed hunting and snow goose hunting - both of which will still be around by the time you heal up. Much better to have a 3-4 week recovery than a 3 -4 month recovery. I feel for ya...back injuries are the worst - you cant fart without feeling pain. good luck on your healing process! dan

wtnhunt
No fun having back problems. Hope you heal up quick Mike, might check into an inversion table if your back continues to give you more trouble.

stevebeilgard
sorry to hear about the bad back, mike. that really sucks. but, as pointed out, the timing is a good thing. it could have happened in the peak of rut.,,,
SuperMn106
Thanks guys, I am still trying to learn what I can and cant do to make it hurt worse. I went out and checked trail cams yesterday and when I got back in it was pretty sore. Must have been all that walking in the cut corn field.
