danthehuntinman
I was just wondering what everyone else thought the age of these two were. The first 2 pics are of a buck that showed up after hunting season that I never saw and I was thinking he is probably 1.5 yrs old. The second buck is a buck I saw a few times this year and was letting him go I was thinking he is 2.5. So hopefully I will have something to look forward to in a couple years. I'm surprised that they both made it through the year most everyone shoots those size of deer here.

wtnhunt
Think they are both about the same age. Could both be 2.5 year olds, necks on deer are not swollen now like they are in late October and November.

layin on the smackdown
I think they are both 1.5 year old deer. they both have stilts for legs, no chest, and no face. I think the pictures of the one that people think is older is a camera angle issue/pose issue - or im an idiot...i have no evidence from those pics to believe they are a year difference in age....JMO. (if anything, the first buck is older than the second) both have potential to be somebody, someday, God willing. dan.
