AaronS
Looking at drop-aways for my new bow. So far I've checked out the Trophy Ridge Dropzone Hunter and the Vital Bow Gear line of rests. I've heard good about both rests. One thing I notice right off is the price. The VBG Vital Drop and Kaz-Away are more expensive, but have the arrow holder. One thing I'll miss about the Whisker Biscuit on my Hoyt is its arrow holding ability. I have no problem spending more money on something if it will do what I want it to do, but are there other drop-away rests out there that have arrow holders? Just exploring options right now. tedicast
Re: Another post about drop-away rests I love the arrow holder on my VBG rest. It isn't asgood as the whisker bisquit at holding an arrow, and you can shake, or bump it free, but it does work awesome
Chrud
Re: Another post about drop-away rests I'm looking at a Schaffer. The rests are designed specifically for a Mathews or Hoyt (there is a standard model for other bows too) so it locks onto the riser, no chance of moving.
