Shaun_300
Mmmmm that sounds good Ruth! Not too sure yet, maybe some bacon and tomato sandwiches, or may get the deep fryer out and make some fries and chicken fingers. Been snacking on nachos and Tostito's new HOT salsa sauce all afternoon. :eat::48:

dbHunterNY
last night the fiance and i had her immediate family over for dinner. had garden salad, corn, garlic herb rice, scalloped potates, and a roast. i wish i took pictures the roast came out good. it was a 5lb sirloin tip roast that i injected with Cajun Injector garlic herb marinade and rubbed down with Cabelas competition bbq rub. let it sit over night in the fridge. i seared it on the sides and roasted it in my grill/smoker. redkneck
how ironic. turkey girl is having goose while waterfowler is having spaghetti-o's Haha! Slow cooked a roast for several hours then added carrots, onions, potatoes, green beans, and corn bread of course. I'm lazy, I love a good one-dish meal- easy to make, easy to clean up. :eat:
pinkcamogirl13
Dinner tonight I'm making a quick dinner for a coworkers family this evening. His grandfather...who taught him everything about hunting...passed away this morning. He is 12 hours from his family and taking it very hard. We work as Correctional Officers in a Prison..so we depend on each for everything.
MUDRUNNER
Lat night I grilled some pork steaks, and had a big spinach salad. Ended it with a bowl of fruit for dessert.
The_Kat
Grill steamed Tilapia over mixed vegetables and brown rice. I eat this at least 3-4 times a week on my current high protein low fat diet.

Adjam5
I guess you Tilapia eaters didn't see that Dirty Jobs episode huh? They use Tilapia to clean out sewage tanks at pollution plants to fatten them up and clean out the algae in the tanks. I'll stick to flounder, cod or fluke. Tonite...fresh Ravioli with my wifes fresh gravy( everyone else calls it tomato sauce). If its made with meat, we call it gravy. Made without meat...sauce. We should of had this for Sunday dinner, but we had our nephews b day party to attend. So a treat during the week.
