92xj
217 this morning. Down for 262. Eating great, feeling good. Doing Power 90 6 days a week and spending the 7th chasing turkeys, on the river or trying to find my spring bear. Life is good.
dbHunterNY
atta boy Ben! Corey the best part about it is you're guaranteed it works, as long as you keep at it. honestly, the people in the videos have super-human endurance. i want to throw something at the TV when they all try to best each other with numbers of pull-ups, throwing out numbers like 30 for the 4th or so set. you just do what you can... then do a little more. then do it the next day. Dawg
Yep, I do about half of what they do....depending on what it is at the time. Some of it is crazy tough but I do what I can for as long as I can.
Stinger-Hunter
Take it slow. Just getting started with an intense program like that often makes people give up because it is extremely rigorous. If you do it, do it 3 days per week and walk or bicycle the other days. It takes time to get to a point where you can even finish one of those workouts let alone feel fresh the next day. Good luck and keep at it.
