Corey the best part about it is you're guaranteed it works, as long as you keep at it. honestly, the people in the videos have super-human endurance. i want to throw something at the TV when they all try to best each other with numbers of pull-ups, throwing out numbers like 30 for the 4th or so set. you just do what you can... then do a little more. then do it the next day.

Take it slow. Just getting started with an intense program like that often makes people give up because it is extremely rigorous. If you do it, do it 3 days per week and walk or bicycle the other days. It takes time to get to a point where you can even finish one of those workouts let alone feel fresh the next day.
