wtnhunt
Good job Blade. While it is not required for landowners or their children hunting their own property here I need to get my 10 year old daughter to take the course.
redkneck
Way to go little man! I remember taking it in about the 5th or 6th grade. We all went out and shot 22 rifles at targets behind the school house afterwards. I can't imagine that happening in this day and time. It will pay for itself many times over your lifetime. ridiculously good idea especially when you're younger, because it's cheaper. lot of money to start, but over the course of a lifetime or less you save lots. Our youngest's 1st birthday is coming up in about a month now and he will be getting his lifetime sportsman, the lifetime here for a 1-3 year old is $200. Reminds me that I have to find the application and get it out.

Congrats! Yes, get the Lifetime License. I have mine from Georgia. I don't get back as often as I should but it is nee to know I can fish/hunt there without paying out of state fees etc. Also, kind of makes me feel still connected to Georgia. Good luck with your new license and your days afield!
bowhunter97
man i wish you could get life-time tags. just from Florida to Georgia the tag is 300 once you get over 16 because of out-of -state
