bowhunter97 Posted April 8, 2012 Report Share Posted April 8, 2012 (edited) I went fishing today. First cast ever into water with my fly rod and caught a bass. I just tossedthe fly out so i could pull more line out of the reel and the fish just came up and got it. It was on a homemade fly too. I later on caught another bass on it and a brim on it. I put the fly rod away and caught a few more bass with a regular spinning combo. The weird part was when my brother and I were leaving the spot to move on to a different hole i looked back and saw a white van pulling out of some road. I didn't see which way it went but i remembered seeing it. This whole time we were out in the middle of nowhere with one of my buddies. So after about 45 we get up ontop of a wier and our truck is in the middle of the road a cop is coming down the road so my brother moved the truck so he could pass and the cop stops right infront of our truck! This whole time we were thinking we were doing something wrong. He does his normal cop thing asks us if we've seen anything, if we called 911 and where we're from. He went on down the road. When we were leaving the wier another cop stops us and asks if one of us is "jane ford" we say no then he asks if we've seen a white van so i told him the whole story. He said that someone named "jane ford" called 911 crying and stuff and that she was in a white van. Thats crazy though a great day of fishing turned into a weird day.
