Strut10
Ground is covered here right now and it's coming down pretty darned hard at times. Supposed to get a total of 6 inches. Must be the global warming.
dbHunterNY
yea i don't have to deal with that anymore...much. hopefully it'll be nice this weekend though. i'm heading out to Grand Island, to see some friends. i remember a handful of years ago when we got 3 feet in the same storm out in Buffalo. That was in OCTOBER!
Shaun_300
I woke up to snow here too this morning, now it's a rain snow mix changing back to snow this evening, will still probably golf tonight if it's not too bad out. I know, call me crazy.
RangerClay
This snow sucks! Most of our fruit trees and grape vines are blossoming right now and this is not good for them. Its gonna be a bad spring!
wtnhunt
This snow sucks! Most of our fruit trees and grape vines are blossoming right now and this is not good for them. Its gonna be a bad spring! Got golf ball sized peaches here and my corn is about an inch tall. Apple trees are loaded with grape sized fruit too. Supposed to be a frost warning tonight, maybe it won't be a hard enough frost to do any damage. Glad I have not planted pepper or tomato plants yet. Adjam5
Yes, this sudden blast of cold air is not good for the fruit trees. I happened to notice this weekend on how our apple trees are starting to flower. Sure hope not much damage, if any is done.
Strut10
Cold & wet can't be much good for the turkeys. Me & Lil bumped a hen off her nest with 14 eggs in it on Saturday morning.
