Kevo72
I have a gorilla silverback climber. It came with some mossy oak pattern camo. The frame on top and the bottom is painted black from factory. With my experience from the military black is horrible camo. What can I use to camo up the frame with out adding industrial scents. ie glue paint and such. Do they make a scent free camo tape or would burlap work. dbHunterNY
paint is best... any tapes or other stuff can hold scent as you use it. it might smell like paint at first, but the smell will subside after a little while. paint it in the off season. for now, if you're going to use a type of tape i'd use McNett camo tape. it sticks to only itself and will provide grip. also it will dampen the sound a little from any gear hitting the stand. i'd just do the perimeter tubing. leave the platform cross pieces or grating and wear it grabs the tree. redkneck
Nothing wrong with some black.don't know about the military, but deer don't mind it I assure you. Most camo paints work fine a long as you do it and let out sit outside a few Weeks in advance.
