ckrich
This last Saturday I drove just barely into Missouri and chased smallies on the Elk River and Indian Creek. The weather/water temps/whatever had the fish holding and not eating, but we still caught a few anyways. Here's a pretty cool pic of me bombing a cast. redkneck
i've never fly fished, but it seems very relaxing and fun Just the opposite, it's frustrating, aggravating, and you'll spend half your time getting the fly out of trees. :clown:

redkneck
Haha, I agree. I was being sarcastic (a little at least). I do enjoy it, but find myself quickly going back to ultralight setups afterI get my fix.
ckrich
I think I have a slight addiction to the fly rods. I have 3 nice spinning rods and reels that I haven't used in about 3 years....
Strut10
Cool pic !! From the amount of line you have behind you, it looks like you're shooting a pretty long cast. I can't think of anywhere around here a guy could get that much line in his back cast without going monkey fishing.

gzilla45
That is a great pic. I've tried fly fishing twice and never will again. I can't even describe the level of frustration it provided.
