Rhino
Yep...good groceries! Just a few seasonings though? We spice um up pretty good down here. I'll be enjoying some in Lafayette, LA while I'm down there for a few days.

Shaun_300
Never tried them, don't think I'd ever muster up the noogies to try them either, just not my cup of tea! Sounds like you guys down south eat them like a delicasy though!

gzilla45
Had them twice in my life and must say that isn't nearly enough. Both times they were incredibly spicy and absolutely delicious. I was even talked into sucking the stuff out of the heads which I wasn't overly fond of at first but grew to love.

deer slayer
The only bad thing is up here in Illinois they all seem to be really small. Their no where near as big as the ones we used to catch down in Tennessee.

Jeramie
This is from Westlake (Lake Charles) or Sulphur, LA. Its a place called Steam Boat Bills. I eat every time I go through there. This is 5lbs of crawdads (aka Mudbug). You can scrape their seasoning off of them. I also buy a couple of cans of their seasoning while im there too.. Good, good eats. I personally like shrimp better but man crawdads are good eating...

The seasonings will melt in and find its way through the shell and add lots of flavor.
gzilla45
It's only 8 in the morning but I can't stop looking at that picture. That looks so good. I might have to look into how much it would cost to have some shipped in. I doubt I can find them in any stores around here.
