ckrich
Anybody have big plans for the weekend? Hopefully you all get to spend a day or two with friends and family and not working! I was planning on a simple weekend working on the house, maybe grill some burgers and do a little fishing. Well... it looks like we are having a big cookout now! My roommate's family is coming up, my parents and siblings are planning on making it, and a few of our closest friends promised to make it. Should be a good time and I can't wait for Saturday to get here! It could get a little interesting, since my parents will be meeting my ladyfriend for the first time....:48: lol I hope everyone has a safe weekend! Jeramie
Have a ball man! I am doing stuff around the house I want to do. Im building shelves and a ramp into my storage building. Spray texturing sheetrock and sweating in some plumbing. Saturday we are headed to Tenkiller or Spavinaw to cook out. Im sure ill end up on Hudson at some point this weekend too. Its only about 5 minutes from the house. I live right off the south end and my family camps on it like crazy.

Ravin R10 man
Isn't anyone going to remember what Memorial Day is really about? Of course OJR: Memorial Day, originally called Decoration Day, is a day of remembrance for those who have died in our nation's service. click here for more: Memorial Day History Tribute To Our troops; Edited May 25, 2012 by Mathews XT Man
RangerClay
We will be staying to home and putting in the garden. We are having a big venison bbq tonight with lots of vino. And yes Olan, on Monday I will be remembering those to gave the ultimate sacrifice for our country. Every year I pull out my 1944 M1 garand, fire off few volleys, then clean it and put it away. It is my personal 21 gun salute to those who have fallen.

wtnhunt
Isn't anyone going to remember what Memorial Day is really about? Just because I have a lot to do over the weekend certainly does not mean that I do not remember or think about the meaning of memorial day Orlan, to be honest I think about our service members every night in prayer and also for the families of those who gave the ultimate sacrifice.
