gzilla45
Is that an average size for them or do they get bigger? can't say I've ever seen one except maybe at a zoo or something.
Leo
Mediterranean House Gecko. They aren't native but they are good bug eaters. I haven't seen any around my house but they are found in just about every southeastern state.
Shaun_300
Cool! You see the odd salamander around here, saw those green geckos down in South Carolina when we were down in March. Look like the ones off the Geico commercial. Tried to catch one but they're quick little buggers!
redkneck
Staying with a relative on the AL coast for a few days, I had no idea we had them down here. They are actually translucent. Thought it was kinda cool. Historic rainfall over the last few days, maybe a can enjoy the beach a little today in overcast conditions. I have not seen the sun in 3 days literally. Very unusual. wtnhunt
Don't think we have geckos around here yet. Seeing more and more lizards around here, good to have around for sure. Mostly see skinks, they were not around this area when I first moved up here.
redkneck
My wife is terrified of skinks William. Don't know why, I think it's because they look so much like snakes lol.
