arrow32
How many of you guys do any working out? No really weight lifting or anything but maybe bike or run? Seems like more and more people I know are starting to. Whole family on one side has turned into some health nuts or something I don't know.lol Anyway I was just wondering if any of you guys do. I sure don't but thinking about starting. Seem to really be getting out of shape. Was doing good there for a while hitting the gym and what not but quit and put on some extra weight than before I started.?

The_Kat
The Spartan races have turned into a big deal for many young adults around Oklahoma. I see more and more people getting into their events. I've been active in the gym for about a year straight now.

fly
I belong to a local health club and a rock climbing gym in St. Louis. I climb 1-2 times per week for 2-4 hours and go the regular gym about once per week for an hour.
swohiodave
Before i got married i was in the gym 6 times a week for 2 years straight. Now that I am married with kids I barely have time to sleep. I have an olympic style workout bench and heavy bag at home that I need to start using again. Ethan Givan
When Im at college I play pick-up basketball games a couple times a week, usually 3-4 games a day. Great cardio.
Shaun_300
Haven't been to the gym in a long time, used to go all the time in college, could bench press 250lbs and leg press over 1000lbs no problem. I get a workout everyday at work though, lots of lifting tires, transmissions, engines, cylinder heads, etc lol...
cowboy778
Wow where to start. I am in the Army so I have to run to stay in shape. I hike with my 2yr old on my back. I regularly lift weights, and I actually lost more weight lifting than running.
Hoosierbuck
I have been hitting it pretty solid for quite a while, and people keep asking me if I have lost weight, when in reality I have put on about 6-8 pounds. I redistributed it, and burned off some fat and replaced it with muscle. I have been playing rugby, which is really demanding. I mix in powerlifting, sprints, longer runs of 4-5 miles, plyometrics, core...you name it. HB
MUDRUNNER
Just weight training for me. I never was much of a runner. I hit the heavy bag and practice soccer and ball with the kids, that's enough cardio for me.
dbHunterNY
Google it! Hard to explain. yea there's Tough Mudder races too and a couple others that are similar. A lot like boot camp if you ask me. lol
dbHunterNY
i run, lift weights, and other stuff like P90X a little. Like many people i feel i get busy and end up not doing it on a day to day basis. I try to stay active to make up for it. working outside and on my parent's farm, hiking all over the hillside during bow shoots, scouting, hiking, etc.
The Bug House
Working out Lots of cardio, usually 45 minutes daily. As 40 rapidly approaches I feel the need for strength training.
