Tim Andrus
Went to our county auction last week and bought one of the prettiest pieces of ground. 9.2 acres with a 3 acre pond right across the road from my parents 100 acres. Its pretty overgrown but with some hard work I can make it nice. After paying back taxes on it, auctioneer etc it was $11,500 thought that was a decent price lotsa deer ,waterfowl and loaded with bass Im ready to start as soon as deed comes... dbHunterNY
told you on facebook it was a good investment. i think john said it, they aren't making more it. being adjacent to your parent's place is a plus, and $ per acre wasn't bad either for what you got it for.
