Ripped out some stuff in the garden the other day and put in a couple things so I can get one last good bunch of beans and what not. Should be good. I hate to waste these but I can only make so much. At least I am finally finished with the apples. Ron

After these are done, can I keep them in glass canning jars and for how long? Ron Edited August 28, 2012 by rbduck

I think the ball book canning guide we have may have suggestions for dehydrated peppers, will try to find it and check.
rbduck
So....most of my cukes are ready but they all turned out looking like large baseballs. Any ideas? In the meantime I`ve made a bunch relish. Looking pretty good so far. Ron
