I took about 3lbs of my own mix, about 20lbs deer to about 3lbs of smoked bacon 20120707_170650.jpg

Add a generous amt of chopped onion, Tony's, and worchestershire (sp)

Add some brats in case the neighbor's kids show up (which they did)

You end up with this, burger, onion, mayo, pickle, cheese, jalapeno, mustard, ketchup, and yeah i forgot the lettuce!

Dang, you eatin good Dan! I enjoy cooking (not saying I'm worth a hoot at it, but enjoy it). Easy with my 8mp phone that's always on my side and wifi to post pics too. Figured Ken would be making up some goodies this summer, haven't seen him in a while.

well it's easy to be eatin' good when my uncle brings back a bunch of lobsters from Maine at a cost of $3.50/lb.

Hey Ken! What's cooking this summer!

I have been covered up at work... Seems I have had very little time to fire the pit up lately and I went to the Doc back in May for a physical and they found I am borderline diabetic... So not off comes some weight I'm down 24 pounds since June 1.. Still have more to go.. Been eating lighter and healthier..

Fear not, I will be back in the swing of things soon..
