ruttinbuc
I came across this doe the other day. Amazing how tough the whitetail deer is.

Rhino
They are tough and have remarkable healing abilities. Yep, no telling how it happened but appears she broke the uipper part of that leg. Over the years we've killed deer with old injuries that had healed. Some of them we wouldn't have known had been injured & healed up until after they were killed. wtnhunt
Looked like she was struggling quite a bit, maybe a little more than most of the deer I can remember seeing over the years with a front leg injury. Your editing is nice as always Mike, liked the b/w effect.
hoosierhunter
I'd say dead deer walking. It appears that injury was very new IMO. If that was old her other muscles should have been supporting her much better than that.

She appears no worse and getting around a little easier. I say she makes it unless infection or a broadhead sets in....
