Ground blind on soybean field

I decided to place my ground blind on the edge of a soybean field. It isn't out in the open, but it isn't so covered up that you can't tell what it is. I brushed it in, but i probably could have done better. I have 2 weeks before I will be able to hunt it. If the deer see it tonight and spook, will they be gone for good, or will they eventually get used to it and come back to the soybean field? It is buck only during archery if that matters to this question.

It generally takes a week or so before deer get used to a commercial blind. They may even get used to it in a few days since you brushed it up some. Even if they spook tonight they aren't going to spook bad enough to quit feeding there. Chances are they will just keep their distance from it until they decide there's no danger there.

So I should probably be good for bow season in 2 weeks.

I think so. I build natural blinds (I'm old school) but I usually don't brush mine up until a week or so before the season.

Also, if a buck comes out on the other side of the field, will grunting bring him closer or is it too early even for grunting?

I personally wouldn't risk it that early in the season. Some people may disagree with me but I'd opt to be conservative with any calling that early. BTW...If you don't shoot one and there are deer in the field when time runs out, you should be prepared to sneek out the back & cut through cover so they don't peg you getting out of the blind. If you can get out of the area without using the field at all to exit that's even better.
