Scbasshunter
I hunted in a blind last night and didn't enjoy it at all. Maybe it was the heat, but it was horrible. Any tips on how to stay comfy in a blind?

redkneck
Cot and pillow? Seriously I've never hunted from one, but like any stand, keeping a good body temp (in the heat and cold) and a comfortable seat makes all the difference. Scbasshunter
It's a doghouse blind, so not very big. I have a seat but to draw my bow, the broadhead is in one window and my back elbow is against the back of the blind.
bowhunter97
I have some primos blind and the windows are pretty tall and it is like 6x6x6 its pretty big. I might actually be in it with a buddy of mine tomorrow.
Flintlock1776
I use Double Bull blinds exclusively. Just bring some bottles of water. A Frog Togg Chilly Pad may help if you are that uncomfortable with the heat. Wal Mart has them.
dbHunterNY
yea the Doghouse is good for the money but pretty small. if it's hot and i'm in a blind i wear a black underarmour heat gear shirt and realtree breathable mesh cargo pants. it helps and i feel every little breeze of air coming through the windows. use face paint on your hands and face instead of wearing gloves and a head net. hats that aren't mesh will trap some heat. you can use those small handheld cheap battery powered fans. although, some make more noise than others. any else might be more of a hassle to truck in but maybe there's some good ideas/stuff out there.
