Guest Bama
I bought a primos tight wad turkey choke at a local sporting goods store and the sales guy told me a invector choke tube would fit my mossberg so I bought it. I was checking online and cant find anywhere where that is the case. All the information says accu-choke is what I have to go with. Are they interchangable? Before I shoot a load of hevyshot through them I want to be sure.
Guest Bama
Re: Question for AJ or anyone who knows about mossberg I need to clarify my Model, its a model 500, I think it uses a diffent choke than the 835's.
AJ
Re: Question for AJ or anyone who knows about mossberg You are correct, the 500 uses different chokes than the 835. This is due to the difference in the bore sizes. Now, the Mossberg Accu-Choke is the same, read interchangable, with Winchoke, Invector choke (not invector plus), Weatherby, SKB, Ruger, and many others. you can see a cross reference list of interchangable tubes here on Trulock Choke's web site.
