Brant2409
Fire nock S3 Really easy to get set up. There is one piece that you have to glue inside of the arrow shaft, after that it is just like putting in a regular nock. The starter package comes with almost everything you need it does not come with the acetone or glue that is needed. I shoot several rounds with both the firenocks and practice weighted nocks and was pleased with the similarity in the shoot. Overall really bright and easy to set up. Light turned on every time when shoot and turned off easily after each shoot. Only thing I wish is it was a little cheaper to buy.
ChrisSeb53
Nockturnal nocks dont require you to glue anything and the switch to activate it is more reliable than a Luminock IMO. They weigh only 20 grains or so, so they are lighter too.
PotashRLS
Love the Nocturnals. My first one out of the package is looking to run through its 3rd deer. They work great. I have buddies with the other brands and have mixed results at best. Most are switching to Nocturnal next season.
dbHunterNY
only reason i don't get them is my arrows are already expensive... they're a good idea though. one of my cousins just got nocturnal nocks and he seems to like them. wehuntsc
lighted nocks Only thing I don't like about lighted nocks is they seem to blind me for a sec when I release in low light situations. But love that you can see them all the way in.
Brant2409
I am testing the Fire Nock S3 starter package right now. I got them back in the first week of October and they have worked great. They are a little pricey to start out about 60 Bucks, but you can replace the batteries in them and they are extremely easy to use. The batteries are about 10 to 15 bucks for 3 depending on where you pick them up. They activate when you shot and to turn them off you just hold them above a solid surface and drop them on the nock and it turns them off. I have the orange/red and they are really bright and easy to pick up after shooting. I would recommend them.
redkneck
I've shot tracers and lumenocks. I do not like the operation of the lumenocks. The tracers work great with the magnet operation they are foolproof. My buddy shoots the nokturnals and loves them. I am not shooting any lighted nock right now, but would buy the tracers or the nokturnals if I were to go back to them. Firenocks are just too much $ for me.
