Mine's dead, yours...not so much.

Bring it Sally.

good point and you did do well! however, patience is a virtue there Susie! Wait until mid Oct... when i get to finally hit the woods. For now I'll just have to build ridiculous duck habitat... i don't even hunt the things! We should just fill it all in and make it food plot for 10 pointers.

Weathers cooling down tomorrow for a week. We're headed to the mountains Sunday to do a little site seeing me and Ashley jut gonna take her around to some places. But our season is getting close. 29th keeps inching its way here.

Just gotta get rid of this sinus infection that I've got.

stands are set and ready at my parent's farm.

tonight i went back to the most recently hung stand behind the my house. cut some limbs up where it's hung in the tree. the trail cam was right there but i didn't bother even walking over to check it. i have to walk across deer trails to check it is why. i wrapped an old shirt around the fresh cuts too, in case the sap starts flowing good. might check things out from ground level once and then wait it out until the season starts. i may setup a blind on the other side.

this weekend i'll go scout a little and check stand sites at my great grandmother's farm.

maybe i'll get a chance to head to my spots in albany and scout a little too. tougher there, because i don't really leave anything there for fear it may get stolen.
