Griz
This pic was taken at a Whitetail Farm...Simply Unreal...What would you do if you seen something like this while hunting...Let's hear it...

Shoobee
I would try to put the crosshairs on the boiler room and squeeze. With a rifle, a quartering-away shot like this is do-able because the hydrostatic shock will finish the job. With a bow instead, you would need to wait for a broadside however, in order to hit both lungs. In that case you could not take a shot. Dawg
I'd have to watch them disappear into the brush. Too risky to take a shot on a deer running away from you like that. ......and then I'd cry.

Rhino
After getting over the shock...and beating my head against the tree, I'd be thinking of where I could set up a stand or two in the timber where they went. One's near the end of shedding velvet so there is plenty of time for another chance at one of them.
redkneck
Deer like that, I could lose it with a bow, rifle I can get a shut usually before the nerves kick in. I never seem to get the shot off Dale, I always wake up just before I take the shot. lol. Why is that? I have some kind of troubles getting a shot off in dreams, scoped fogged, trigger won't pull, ammo misfire! lol Strange how so many of us have the same things happen in them. Deer like that, I could lose it with a bow, rifle I can get a shut usually before the nerves kick in.

CamoGuy
I would yell at them and then prepare to shoot. Amazing how often a running deer will stop and look at you if you yell at them.
