Rhino
Little disappointed in the most recent pull on the cams we're running in MO. The mature bucks we got last time didn't show up this time. We had a couple of new mature bucks though. Here's 3 pics of each from different angles. This 5x6 was caught by a mineral lick. He passed through again the day before we arrived. This 4x5 with a short G4 was caught near one of our stands where a long narrow corn field comes to a point near it's northern end. Lot of deer passing by here! The spot where this 4x5 was caught had a lot of activity compared to the others. Over 1,700 pics in ~2 1/2 weeks. The amazing thing was every buck that passed by this stand moved through during the daylight. Over 15 different bucks tripped the cam here but the 4x5 was the only mature buck. One nice 3.5 year old 5x5 was a regular too but he'll get a pass this year.

250savage
Very nice! They seem to be making sure you can count all their points. Giving you lots of angles anyway! Good luck!
Rhino
Very nice! They seem to be making sure you can count all their points. Giving you lots of angles anyway! Good luck! I love it when they do that! Especially when they pass by more than once. Reconyx cams gets a lot of the credit though. you guys got quite the honeyhole Al. seems like the deer are traveling a bit compared to around here. good to know you're still seeing mature bucks. Thanks...my buddy in Iowa has the same thing going on where he hunts. Here in MS...mature bucks are mainly on the night shift once we're lucky enough to start finding them. Last year was an exception to what's usual in MS. Edited September 6, 2012 by Rhino

hoosierhunter
Couple New MO Bucks Yb06- the scary part is that there are very few people on this forum that will post pictures of deer and actually kill them. This man is one of those people!
