Jesse_Whitetail-Reaper
So since Missouri had a bad drought, but here in the past few weeks we have been getting liberal amounts off rain. How will this affect deer patterns?
Jesse_Whitetail-Reaper
I forgot to add my other question. What would be a good starter bow for my wife? She wants to get into the sport. But I don't want to drop a lot of money if she changes her mind! Lol
dbHunterNY
check out PSE, Diamond, Mission, and Bear bows. lots of choices.... and not really "starter bows" just affordable bows that shoot. with the deer they may have more choices for water sources. also any food plots might be taking off and they'll start hitting them now. with the draught deer are hitting corn early while still in the milk stage, before the kernels harden. so you may find there's not as much corn there in the later season. if some is still standing. RangerClay
Here are two bows that she might like. If she's girly and likes pink, Cabela's: Diamond Archery Razor Edge Package Pink Blaze This is a good deal for a complete package and is designed for women, Cabela's: Bear® Archery Home Wrecker Bow Package
RangerClay
This is a good deal on our Classifieds Page if you are interested. http://www.realtree.com/forums/classifieds/109150-mathews-ignition-youth-womens-bow-sale.html
wtnhunt
Drought could have an effect, depending on what type area you are in deer may have to move around a lot more than normal to find food. Might see competition for food where it is not typical. My wife shoots a browning micro adrenaline.
