They are worse this year I believe than I have ever seen them in my life. Getting around in the woods in the swamp is terrible, even covered in OFF they drive you crazy just landing on you and probing. Goes along with the wettest summer I can ever remember as well I guess. I don't know if my thermacell can even be much help, going to have to get some lower morning temps to be able to get in the stand in the AM only along the creek.
