Thanks for the birthday wishes, folks. Yes, William, I took the day and spent it in a tree looking for an earn a buck doe. After a good sit I came home to some computer problems. I don't know if it's my keyboard or what, but it wasn't allowing me to type. Seems I have bad keys all of a sudden.

Anyway, John and Dan, I did make a video of my morning and as with every hunt there were things learned. With meat in the freezer from last year's kills I have not been hitting the woods too awful hard.

Here is my B'day hunt and my observations.

Hunting on your birthday can only be a good thing. It usually turns out eventful. I was seeking my EAB doe. On this morning I had this guy show up. From there it was another lesson in how in tune a whitetail is. We often hear of the 6th sense that these creatures possess. Is it really a 6th sense or Is it the alarm of the other critters in the woods. Chirping squirrels and another deer can be heard in the enhanced audio. Try to disregard the camera noise. One of the cons of point and shoot cameras handheld while shooting video.
