Flintlock1776
Here is the chain of emails back and forth to UPS Customer service. I redacted the personal info but I think you can get the thrust of my frustration. I sent my Double Bull Matrix Recurve Blind back to Primos for repair. Flintlock1776
I went back the store. An extra trip I should not have had to make. Package was delivered. So much for on-line service with UPS. Maybe UPS internet service need people that can read correspondence.
Strut10
Can't understand why you didn't leave the UPS Store with your tracking number in hand. When you took your blind in (I am assuming you had them package it), they should have taken the address info, asked for any excess declared value, weighed the item and asked you for $X. At that point they have all the info to print your label (with the assigned tracking number) and handed you a receipt with the tracking number on it. That's how it works at the UPS Store here. Not sure what was up with the e-mail responses. That would have lit me up, too !!

Michiganbowhunter_SQ2
Yep, I have sent a lot of stuff through UPS and each time I ask for a receipt with the tracking info on it. Sometimes UPS (and other carriers too) is slow when it comes to update their online tracking information.
The Bug House
Glad it worked out so far, very frustrating when you purchase a service (in this case that included tracking capabilities) only to not have it available to you.
